You can publish your own pages, news items and add photos directly to the website. You are even able to administer a public calendar and design your own forms. But there is more.

Sponsors
A website for your club or organization is ideal to communicate with your (future) members, but can also be an extra source of income. Visual ClubWeb offers many ways to accommodate sponsors on your website. For instance, you can place a fixed group of sponsor logos on your homepage, or display them in a random order. You are able to publish your own advertising banners on your website as well. The amount of ‘hits’ and ‘clicks’ for each banner is registered, so you can measure the impact.

Member management
You can import your up-to-date member list in Visual ClubWeb. New members are able to register online via the website, and are easily included in the member list after your approval. You are able to view different types of reports/statistics and export member data to Excel. You can send e-mails and newsletters to the members, directly from the website.
Also, with your member list, you’re able to form groups like teams or committees.

Delegate website management tasks
The website management component of Visual ClubWeb consists of various parts. You can give specific website management rights to a group of members, e.g. a committee that is responsible for bringing in sponsors can administer the sponsor-part of the website. So you can administer the website along with other members who will have their specific input.

Building your website
With Visual ClubWeb, it's very easy to create pages with the rich text editor. You can also copy and paste from applications like Word. The navigation menu of the website is fully customizable. You can create menu items easily and link each item to a page of your choice.
Besides all the possibilities mentioned above, you are able to create and maintain online photobooks, guest books, polls and magazines as well.
